Message	the other day to balance and rotate the tires. The guy comes in and says the oil change for the Jeep is done. Huh? Long story short they drained my Mobil 1 out that I had just replaced, filled with their "half and half" blend, and never even touched the tires. They didn't have Mobil 1 on hand so I yanked my keys and didn't pay. To top it all off I got home and the drain plug was leaking because they didn't tighten it all the way. Never have I hated a car so much nor said so many fowl and horrible words in my life than during the installation of the headers.
